EVERETT, Wash. (March 14, 2018) -- Navy Diver 1st Class Jason Peters, from Panama City, Florida, assigned to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility's Everett dive locker, gives a Science, Technology, Engineering and Math - Art + Design (STEAM) presentation about how science and math are factored into the process of diving to a group of students at Immaculate Conception and Our Lady Of Perpetual Help School. STEAM is a program that teaches children the importance of science, technology, engineering, math, art and design in the everday world, and opens their eyes to possible career fields in these areas.
