    Recently received poles and transformers are staged at the Port of Ponce Task Force Power Restoration staging area, Feb. 13, 2018. As designated by FEMA, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers leads the federal effort for emergency temporary power restoration in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria devastated 80 percent of the island's power grid.
