Airmen with the 555th and 820th Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineers (RED HORSE), based at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, began installing the rafter system on a school for children of Suriname. New Horizons is a cooperative humanitarian mission between the Suriname government and the United States Southern Command with the goal of helping to improve the quality of life for the people of Suriname.
