Air Force Staff Sgt. Rob Mineau, a structural craftsman with the 820th Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineers (RED HORSE), based at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, tack welds a truss to the building structure of a school being constructed here Thursday, June 23, 2011. A team of U.S. airmen began installing the rafter system on a school for the children of Suriname during the 2011 New Horizons Training Exercise. New Horizons is a cooperative humanitarian mission between the Suriname government and the United States Southern Command with the goal of helping to improve the quality of life for the people of Suriname.
