    New York Naval Militia Sgt. Carlos Morales, who is also a Marine Corps REservists assigned to E. Co. 2nd Battalion, 25th Regiment, uses a chainsaw to clear debris as part of a class on chainsaw operation and safety at Camp Smith Training Site, Cortlandt Manor, N.Y., Mar. 6, 2018. The New York Naval Militia is composed of Navy and Marine Corps Reservists who volunteer to respond to New York State missions when called. Two hundred members of the N.Y.
