Jaquint was there as part of a surprise award presentation to White, presenting him with the Department of Defense’s Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Patriot Award. Jaquint shared countless stories where White and his civilian employer went beyond requirements to ensure Jaquint could fulfill his military duties with no hardship from his employer.
