Camp Gruber Training Center, located near Braggs, Oklahoma, hosted a change of command ceremony for the Oklahoma Army National Guard 2nd Battalion, 189th Regiment, Oklahoma Regional Training Institute (OKRTI) on March 3, 2018. Lt. Col. Carrie I. Baker, the outgoing commander, was replaced by Lt. Col. Kenneth Mitchell. Oklahoma’s Officer Candidate School (OCS) at the OKRTI serves the Oklahoma Army National Guard by preparing future officers for the challenges before them. Lt. Col.
