The Last Alarm Ceremony is a time-honored tradition fire and emergency personnel use to pay respect to their fallen comrades. NSF Deveselu and Aegis Ashore Missile Defense System Romania are co-located with the Romanian 99th Military Base and play a key role in ballistic missile defense in Eastern Europe.
