    Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve     

    An Iraqi army member assigned to 1st Battalion, 40th Brigade, takes part in an improvised explosive device detection class, at the Besmaya Range Complex, Iraq, Feb. 8, 2018. Since 2014, Operation Inherent Resolve members have built baseline capacity of more than 130,000 Iraqi security forces trained to defeat ISIS within the Iraqi Security Forces, it is time to enhance those capabilities to prevent resurgence of ISIS and create stability within their nation.
