Site overview at Guajataca Dam, Puerto Rico where a local contractor repaired the bridge approach so the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Temporary Power team could install a new generator. After the original generator failed and needed replacement, contractors attempted multiple routes to try and get the new one installed, but they were unable to until the temporary bridge approach was created.
