FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. — Spc. Walter Reuter, a pianist with the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) Band, demonstrates how to play a section of music on a keyboard to Fort Campbell Warrior Transition Battalion Soldiers, Chief Warrant Officer 3 Jonathan Dobey and Lt. Col. Arnaldo Huertas during a music therapy session Feb. 1. Playing a musical instrument can help WTB Soldiers improve hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, improve concentration and regulate mood. The battalion’s Occupational Therapy department partners with the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) Band to provide the musical instruction to Soldiers at the WTB. U.S. Army photo by Maria Yager.
