FORT CAMPBELL, Ky.— Spc.. Walter Reuter, a pianist with the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) Band, helps Lt. Col. Arnaldo Huertas, a Soldier with the Fort Campbell Warrior Transition Battalion, play through a challenging section of a song during a music therapy session, Feb. 1. The battalion’s Occupational Therapy department partners with the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) Band to provide musical instruction to Soldiers at the WTB. Playing a musical instrument helps Soldiers improve hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, improves concentration and helps regulate mood. U.S. Army photo by Maria Yager.
