    COMERIO, Puerto Rico – Josue Lebron, Fluor contractor and other U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Task Force Power Restoration personnel carry transmission lines up a mountain during helicopter operations in Comerio, Puerto Rico, Feb 3. Helicopter operations are frequently conducted to carry transmission lines through mountainous terrain. USACE currently has 4,133 personnel on the ground, including 3,900 contractors from Fluor and PowerSecure, working directly on distribution and transmission lines.
