VIEQUES, Puerto Rico –The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Task Force Power Restoration Quality Assurance Officer monitors USACE contractor’s power restoration in Vieques, Puerto Rico, Jan. 29, 2018. The USACE contractors have installed more than 100 poles and 10 generators in the month of January. USACE currently has 3,826 personnel on the ground, including 3,591 contractors from Fluor and PowerSecure, working directly on distribution and transmission lines.
