180116-N-XC372-1351 ARABIAN GULF (Jan. 16, 2018) The guided-missile cruiser USS Bunker Hill (CG 52) and the Royal Bahrain Naval Force frigate RBNS Sabha (FFG 90) transit the Arabian Gulf with the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) during a ship maneuvering exercise. Theodore Roosevelt and its carrier strike group are deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations in support of maritime security operations to reassure allies and partners and preserve the freedom of navigation and the free flow of commerce in the region.
