A Coast Guard 26-foot Over-the-Horizon Interceptor boat from Coast Guard Cutter Aspen deploys a Maritime Object Tracking Technology (MOTT) device in the San Francisco Bay during a mOTT demonstration, Jan. 17, 2018.
