Coast Guard conducts Maritime Object Tracking Technology demonstration [Image 3 of 10]
Lt. j.g. Jonathan Upton, operations officer, Coast Guard Cutter Aspen, receives two Maritime Object Tracking Technology (MOTT) devices from Brian Dolph, Coast Guard Research and Development Center test lead, following a MOTT device demonstration in San Francisco, Jan. 17, 2018.
