Michael Aguilar of the California National Guard's 1114th Composite Truck Company, leads a convoy of light medium tactical vehicles (LMTVs) through mud-covered streets of Montecito, California, while evacuating residents Jan. 11, 2018. Deep mud on city roadways has left some neighborhoods cut off from critical services and residents who sheltered in place during a storm earlier in the week are needing to leave their homes.
