    CAMP BUEHRING, Kuwait - U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Timothy McKeithen, the deputy director of the Army National Guard, National Guard Bureau, shakes hands with U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 3 William Fearrington, the force protection officer assigned to the 29th Combat Aviation Brigade as he arrives at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, Dec. 21, 2017.
