    CAMP BUEHRING, Kuwait - U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Timothy McKeithen, the deputy director of the Army National Guard, National Guard Bureau, is greeted by U.S. Army Col. Mark Beckler, the commander of the 29th Combat Aviation Brigade, and his staff at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, Dec. 21, 2017.
