    Michael McCrary, a 2001 Baltimore Ravens Super Bowl champion, answers questions from high school students during the Charm City Day of Service on Dec.16, 2017, in Baltimore. McCrary spoke about his personal challenges in life and how he overcame them with football. The Charm City Day of Service, is an outreach program in which the Marine Corps partnered with local business and corporations to revitalize portions of Baltimore and teach area youth about selfless service and community involvement.
