    U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Travis L. Hord, the commanding officer for Recruiting Station Baltimore, speaks to students about serving their country and communities in the future during the Charm City Day of Service, Dec.16, 2017, in Baltimore. The Charm City Day of Service is an outreach program in which the Marine Corps partners with local business and corporations to revitalize portions of Baltimore and teach the youth about selfless service and community involvement.
