Emergency Support Function 10 response personnel use a crane to pull a special consideration vessel from its resting place in Great Cruz Bay, St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, Dec. 20, 2017.

Throughout the ESF-10 mission, special consideration vessels are lifted, inspected, patched (if needed), put back in the water and returned to their owners.
