The Coast Guard, U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources, the Environmental Protection Agency, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and the Resolve Marine Group lift, inspect, patch (if necessary), put back in the water and return vessels to their owners as part of the ESF-10 mission.
