    “Even though the job was difficult, I kind of started to enjoy it,” said Fernando. “And once I was awarded my yellow shirt things started to get easier, I mean kind of easier.” Before an ABH can ever direct an aircraft they must pass multiple tests and oral boards to earn a “yellow shirt”. Until then they are known as “blue shirts” and must follow the orders of “Yellow Shirts”.
