PORTLAND, Ore. (Dec. 18, 2017) Ensign Natalie Howell and Information Systems Technician 2nd Class Michelle Gonzalez, assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), plot the location of a simulated casualty during a damage control training team exercise aboard the ship, Dec. 18. Frank Cable is currently completing a dry-dock phase maintenance availability.
