Soldiers from 3rd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne) embark on their hike to the Ape Caves for a single soldier retreat south of Mount St. Helens, Wa. Dec. 13. The single Soldier program is a way for soldiers to socialize outside of work and explore the area around Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
