U.S. Air Force aerial porters with the 44th Aerial Port Squadron load packages with donated goods onto a C-130J Super Hercules assigned to the 36th Airlift Squadron during Operation Christmas Drop, Dec. 15, 2017, at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. Every December, C-130 aircrews from Yokota Air Base head to Andersen AFB. From there, they deliver donated food, supplies, educational materials and toys to remote Pacific islands throughout the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas, Federated States of Micronesia, and Republic of Palau.
