A U.S. Army soldier in OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniform is standing near what appears to be a swimming pool facility. He is wearing a black beret with a unit flash and a medal with a red and white ribbon pinned to his chest. The setting suggests a military award ceremony taking place at an aquatic facility.
