A group of approximately 14 military personnel in full combat/dive gear are standing in a swimming pool, posing for a formal group photograph. One individual in the center holds a red unit guidon flag topped with a trident-style finial. The setting appears to be a military installation pool, likely documenting completion of a dive or combat swimmer training course.

    130th Engineer Brigade

Capt. Ryan L. Neville poses for his first company photo after donning his scuba gear underwater and taking command of the 7th Engineer Dive Detachment on December 8. The unique unit, which falls under the 8th Theater Sustainment Command’s 130th Engineer Brigade, changed leadership underwater at Scott Pool on Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam. One of only 6 dive teams in the Army, 7th Dive supports U.S. Pacific Command priorities and contingency operations by deploying engineering assets throughout the region to conduct underwater reconnaissance, demolition and salvage operations.
