    Master EOD technician, U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Justin Berlien (left), Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 11, Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, coordinates radio frequencies with Namibia Defense Force EOD Captain Ferdinard Fillemon during demolition initiation procedures, April 27.
