    II Marine Expeditionary Force   

    COMBAT OUTPOST OUELLETTE, Helmand province, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan – Marines with Battalion Landing Team 3/8 wait for their ride back to Camp Leatherneck recently. The Marines arrived in Afghanistan early in 2011 and helped build COP Ouellette from the ground up. The 3rd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, recently replaced the landing team, which is now headed back home to the United States.
