Matheus Polly, a Brazilian medical officer, gives a lecture on common health concerns in riverine environments aboard NAsH Soares de Meirelles on the Amazon River in Brazil, November 27. The five U.S. Navy doctors in attendance are engaging in a month-long humanitarian mission up the Amazon River.
