Members of the Raqqah Internal Security Force's (RISF) Quick Reaction Force (QRF) conduct marksmenship training on Nov.6 2017 in northern Syria. The QRF training consists of three phases of different military tactics to enable the RISF to successfully secure areas that were once controlled by ISIS.The RISF, a counter-ISIS hold force accountable to the people of Raqqah through the Raqqah Civil Council, are responsible for securing Raqqah, Tabaqah, and surrounding areas, post liberation from ISIS.
