ARABIAN GULF (Nov. 23, 2017) Secretary of the Navy Richard V. Spencer, his wife Sarah Pauline Spencer, and Cmdr. Jeffrey Tamulevich (left), commanding officer of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Hopper (DDG 70), view the ship’s transit in the Arabian Gulf from the bridge wing on Thanksgiving Day.
