Jean C. Madera Santiago and his wife Migdalia Ramos Perez, owners and operators of Fantasy Cakes, serve food to their customers, Nov. 22, 2017, in Hatilla, Puerto Rico. The business needed 25-days after Hurricane Maria to regain minimal power to provide customers only coffee in their parking lot. They have been operating at full capacity for roughly 20-days now, and are able to provide a majority of their menu items to their customers. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. William Blankenship)
