Jean C. Madera Santiago and his wife Migdalia Ramos Perez, owners and operators of Fantasy Cakes, pose for a photo inside of their business, Nov. 22, 2017, in Hatilla, Puerto Rico. After Hurricane Maria, the business was without power for 25-days. Once their regained minimal amounts, they served coffee only to their customers in their parking lot. They have been able to function normally for 20-days, now. Despite living within sight of their bakery, their home is still without power, but luckily for their business, they are able to provide a full Fantasy Cake experience at their bakery. The couple has been married for over five years and have ran their own business for over three years. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. William Blankenship)
