    U.S. Navy Construction Mechanic 2nd Class Ryan Filo, a Seabee with Construction Diving Detachment Bravo (CDDB), Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2, cuts a block of C4 explosive to prepare a precision demolition on November 7, 2017 at Ft. Hunter Liggett, California. UCT 2 trains in special explosive demolition for underwater clearance, salvage, and construction operations. CDDB and CDDC are preparing for a six month deployment where they will be conducting inspections, maintenance, and repairs of various underwater and waterfront facilities in support of the U.S. Pacific Fleet.
