A ceremonial commemoration event featuring individuals dressed in World War I-era military uniforms standing at attention on a wet stone plaza. The group includes re-enactors in French 'horizon blue' infantry uniforms and American doughboy uniforms, alongside flag bearers holding French and American flags. The setting appears to be a memorial or cemetery, consistent with an Armistice Day or similar commemorative ceremony.
