The 36th Infantry Division Band's R&B group and woodwind quintet celebrated Veteran's Day at an event at Cook Elementary School in Austin, Texas on November10, 2017. The group's non-commissioned officer in charge, Sgt. 1st Class Framy Diaz, is also the principal of the school where most kids did not know he is a part of the Texas Army National Guard. The band let loose with familiar and patriotic songs for the K-5 children to enjoy and honor the veterans that serve and have served before us. (U.S. Army photo by Master Sgt.
