Capt. Sean Levine, chaplain, 117th Infantry Battalion, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, leads the observers from the church during an Eastern Orthodox Easter or Pascha (a Christian version of Passover) service at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan, April 23. The participants then marched in a procession around the church. Levine deployed to Afghanistan specifically to perform the services of the Holy Week.
