The North Dakota National Guard is transitioning from a task force-based command and control for flood operations to Regional Response Platforms, or RRPs. The 141st Brigade will, as of 6 p.m. April 22, be the RRP for counties in southeastern North Dakota, including Cass, Ransom, Steele, Traill, Sargent and Richland.
