A group of military personnel in desert camouflage uniforms patrol through a large flowering field, likely opium poppies, in what appears to be a rural Afghan landscape. Adobe-style mud brick structures and green trees are visible in the middle ground, with arid mountains in the background. Several civilians appear to be present on the right side of the formation.
