Kansas City, Mo., native, Pfc. Phillip Plack, a scout assigned to Troop B, 1st Squadron, 7th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, places the chairs onto the table in order to sweep the floor at the United Service Organization at Fort Hood, Texas, April 15. Plack has been a regular volunteer at the USO since Sept. 9.
