WHEELER ARMY AIRFIELD — People have reported seeing the spirit of a Soldier named Andrew in Bldg. 108 on WAAF. Andrew was said to have died on Dec. 7, 1941, during the Japanese attack. Kenneth Hays, architectural historian for the Directorate of Public Works at U.S. Army Garrison-Hawaii, said the sightings appeared to have ceased once renovations were complete.
