A Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) center is set up by Bundeswehr at the local town hall during Joint Cooperation 2017 (JC17) in Dorverden, Germany, Oct. 26. JC17 is the largest multinational CIMIC exercise within NATO that specifically tests CIMIC core tasks on an international scale (U.S. Army Reserve photo by Capt.
