Search and Rescue personnel from the Trinidad and Tobago Fire Department, and Trinidad and Tobago Defense Force rescue a victim from a multi-floor building with no access to the ground level floor during a simulated 7.0 earthquake. The team learned the technique used, to lower the victim using a ladder, during the FA-Hum 2009 in Panama. This scenario was developed to test the capabilities of the Fire Department Firefighters and Search and Rescue personnel during FA HUM 2011.
