Search and Rescue personnel from the Trinidad and Tobago Fire Department, and Trinidad and Tobago Defense Force rescue a victim from a multi-floor building with no access to the ground floor during a simulated 7.0 earthquake. This scenario was developed to test the capabilities of the Fire Department Firefighters and Search and Rescue personnel during FA HUM 2011.
