A formation of U.S. Army soldiers in OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniforms marches in what appears to be a formal parade or ceremony. A lead officer wearing a distinctive black campaign/drill sergeant hat is rendering a salute, while a soldier to the right carries a unit guidon flag in red and white. The setting appears to be a military installation parade ground under overcast, possibly rainy conditions.
