The ceremony celebrates the partnership between 5th Squadron, 4th Cavalry Regiment, and the 10th Armored Cavalry Brigade. The 5th Squadron, 4th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, is in Europe to support Atlantic Resolve.
